​The Beaches

  • Monteou Pipiou Beach: To the south of BISCARROSSE, on the shores of Lake PARENTIS, La Plage de Montéou Pipiou. Ideal for families (fine sand, playgrounds, picnic tables, toilets, swimming in calm waters). The beach is supervised

  • Lake Beach: is a place of leisure, this site of activities offers you: paddle, pedal boat, sailing club... It has fenced play areas for children. Its port welcomes pleasure boats as well as fishermen.

  • Beach l'Especier: This is the wildest beach in the seaside resort. Located west of the village of Bias and south of Mimizan-Plage, the environment is totally desert, there is only the Sunday forest of Mimizan. The beach is supervised in summer (at the access level) and has sanitary facilities. It is also equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. This beach is accessible by a cycle path from Mimizan-Plage or by two roads by car (the car park is about 1 km from the beach).
